I'm convinced that we can do more as faith communities by working together rather than separately. We have nothing to fear from each other. It's my hope that we can get to know one another more easily using this available technology, so that in the end we might want to get to know each other face to face. So jump in and let's see what happens!

Thanks Bettie for posting the Sunday Breakfast. It's something my husband and I always look forward to!

Would love to have you participate.

The 2010 Palm Sunday breakfast is scheduled for March 28th, 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Presbyterian Home, 256 Thurston Road. This year’s keynote speaker is Jean-Claude Brizard, Superintendent of the Rochester City School District. Tickets, which are $7 per person, $11 per couple and $15 per household, may be purchased by calling 235-2217 or e-mailing bettie@rochester.rr.com.

A long-standing 19th Ward tradition, the 2010 Palm Sunday breakfast is hosted by the Rochester Presbyterian Home and sponsored by Westminster Presbyterian Mission, St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and the New St. Monica’s Roman Catholic Church. Proceeds from this year’s breakfast will
be donated to Partner’s in Health to support its services in Haiti.

Check out the group Luminaria 2010. Your faith community might want to participate, and you have time to plan for it.

Check out the three free lunch time concerts at St. Luke and St. Simon Cyrene! They should be great. All four are wonderful muscians and performers!

Will do, Mary Anne. I told her that she'd have to join the group since right now it looks like what, three forths of us are members of St. Stephen's.

Hey Samantha, have Anne write something about her tradition for the Who Are You discussion!
